Enjoy a lovely June evening’s respite amid the glow of stained glass, basking in music to soothe the soul and delight the senses!
The 75-minute program will feature a delightful mix of madrigals, J.S. Bach’s motet Jesu, meine Freude, luscious works by contemporary composers Lucy & Thomas Coxhead, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Ivo Antognini, organ solos by Chase Loomer and Herbert Buffington, and more.
This concert is presented in part through the munificence of the Moore-Wilkerson and Emile Fisher concert endowments of the Cathedral of St. Philip, and by our Friends of Cathedral Music.
